Cancellation Policy

Overview

  1. 50% Charge for booking/reservation cancelled after 6:00 PM.
    The day before the schedule

  2. 100% charge for bookings/reservation cancelled on the day of the
    tour except for tours being cancelled due to bad weather as officially reported by PAGASA.

  3. Explore Cebu Gaijin Tours. Shall not be held liable to the group for
    failure in case fortuitous events, typhoons or any conditions beyond its control.
